All those who signed up for the 2nd offering of the Quilty Vest Class, here are some tips for Jan. 10th’s Saturday’s post meeting class:

Bring:

• Your quilted Fronts and Back – use the pattern to cut it out if you feel confident
• If you’re REALLY confident, baste the vest together at the Shoulders & side seams… you’ll be able to have a fitting with me first thing, where we’ll get the fit close to what you prefer.
• Pre-cut BIAS binding (about 2 1/4″ – 2 1/2″ wide) Yes, must be on the bias (45 degrees)
• Sewing machine, fabric scissors, pins & thread
