We expect over 400 quilts to hang for the exhibition, and many wonderful vendors and demos to be presented. The show will be held Thursday through Saturday, September 19-21, 2024 at The Prime Osborn Convention Center. Regular admission tickets are $15, with senior, military and bus group discounts available, and it includes free parking. Advance tickets are available for groups and buses, so gather your friends and come see all the traditional, modern and art quilts, and shop with the vendors. May Modern Bee Meeting Reminder

Just a reminder that the Modern Bee will be meeting this Wednesday May 15 1-4 at the Talahi Island Community Center (532 Quarterman Dr.)

We’ll be continuing our work on the DIY Round Robin Quilts. This week we’ll concentrate on stripes. Do join us even if you haven’t started this project.  We’ll bring you up to speed. Just bring fabrics with the colors you’d like to work with and your sewing machine. We’ll also talk about the next stage in the Round Robin.

Also, bring things for show and tell even if you brought them to the guild meeting last Saturday. See you Wednesday afternoon.
