Weekend Warriors May 16 meeting

Hello Quilters,

The Weekend Warriors will meet at the church this coming Saturday, May 16 from 10-2pm (or 3 if you like to stay longer). The church is located on the corner of Waters and Washington Avenues. Parking is best on Washington Ave. Enter the building via the rear garden.

Bring a lunch in case you get hungry. Microwave is available. There is als a fridge if your food needs to stay cold.

Remember to bring an extension cord, just in case.

I have a couple of books that solely focus on borders which I will bring in case anyone needs ideas.

Friday May 1st trip to HH & Bluffton quilt shops

Hi fellow quilters.

 

I am driving to Island Quilters shop on HH on Friday morning (leaving around 9 AM and on the return may stop at Blue Heron in Bluffton. Need to get some fabric…

Anyways, if anyone wants to come along, send me a text. I have room for 3 or 4 people in my car. I am coming from Pooler but can meet in Savannah near the bridge.

April 18th Weekend Warriors sewing

Hello Quilters,

 

We will have the room on Saturday from 1:30 pm until 5pm to get some serious sewing done :).

As usual, we are meeting at the Epiphany Church (formerly Michael’s) on the corner of Waters and Washington Avenue. It is best to park on Washington as there is not only more secure parking but you can also access to the church via the court yard in the back right from Washington Avenue (look for the black iron gate/fence).

Feel free to bring your lunch or something to snack on. there is a microwave for heating your meal.

Bring your Round Robin project or anything else you are working on.

2/21/26 Weekend Warriors Open sew

We are meeting tomorrow February 21, 2026 from 10:00 – 2:00 pm for an open sew at the Epiphany Church (formerly St Michael’s) located at the corner of Waters Ave and Washington Ave.  Perfect opportunity to start your Round Robin project.

Best place to park is on Washington Avenue and enter the church from their little courtyard right off Washington Ave.
