Good morning! Just a gentle reminder to please return your completed pillowcases to the meeting this Saturday. Also, we are looking for child appropriate fabrics including Valentine’s Day and also solids or tone on tone fabrics to blend with them. As always, we appreciate your contributions. Thank you for all of your pillowcases turned in and your donations of fabric! The dates for sewing pillowcases at Lake Mayer are Fridays Nov 1, 8, 15, and 22 from 10 til 2. Please bring your machine, extension cord, and all sewing materials. We will have the kits cut and ready to sew. We are now accepting donations of child appropriate Valentine’s Day fabric, reds, pinks and hearts.

Also at Lake Mayer there is quilting on the 7th (12:30-3:30, on the 14th (1-3) and on the 21st (12:30-3:30).

Weekend Warriors Meeting 10/19

I have been using the “Signup.com” service to send out invitations to our Weekend Warrior meeting for 10/19. That Site seems to have an difficulties and not all invites may have gotten to you or ended up in your spam folder.
