Trouble with Login Password

Hi, all you lovely quilter ladies!

A few of the passwords have corrupted in the process of creating our website’s member list.  Many have been able to login and change their password, but several have need a password reset.  Thankfully, there is an easy way around this issue.

When your login doesn’t work and gives you an error message of “Invalid Password,” click on “Lost Your Password” at the bottom of the login box under the blue “Log In” button.  A box will pop up where you can insert your username or email.  Click on “Get New Password.”  A message will be sent to your email inbox that will allow you to reset your password.

Open the email and click on the link (highlighted blue words) and you will be be taken to a screen that lets you enter a new password.  Check out the two images I have included showing a weak password and a medium password input.  A weak password causes a checkbox to appear with the words “Confirm use of a weak password” which needs to be checked if you want to use a weak password.  If not, add a character, additional numbers or capitals to make it stronger.  Record your password somewhere as I will not be able to tell you what it is since I cannot view personal passwords.  Click on the blue button to “Reset Password.”  Now you will be able to login with your new password.

Good luck, ladies and if you experience any difficulties please email me and I will help you.
