It’s time to share your creativity, your story, and your piece of Savannah!
Bring your finished Savannah Squares quilt block (16” finished size) to the November meeting for show and tell. Any technique and even a mix of techniques are encouraged.
Not quite done yet? Don’t panic—bring what you have! We’d love to see your work in progress and hear about your inspiration. After all, this challenge was never about perfection—it’s about celebrating our creativity and connection through quilting.
Each block tells a story of Savannah through your eyes, and together they’ll make a beautiful gallery of color, craftsmanship, and imagination. Whether it’s inspired by the marshes, squares, birds, blooms, or city skyline—we can’t wait to see what you’ve stitched.
And if you’re anything like me… I’d better get cracking! I’m almost finished with my piecing and appliqué, but there’s still quilting and binding in my future this week. (Who needs sleep when there’s a deadline, right?)
So gather up your threads, heat up that iron, and bring your Savannah story to share!
