Laura Brown passed away Saturday, April 18th.  She had been sick for about a week with possible pancreatitis. It appears that she passed away peacefully in her sleep, however they are having an autopsy done for clarification.

Hi, dear quilty friends! I received this from a neighbor, Kathleen Moore, and felt like it was a great post and wanted to share it with you. Georgia friends, I want to let you all know about the newest collection at the Georgia Historical Society and invite you to be part of preserving history. As we live through these unprecedented times we are all becoming part of a story that should not be lost to history.
