Ga National Fair Alert-Alert-Alert!!

Tomorrow by midnight is the last day to register your quilts on-line AND they must be registered in order to enter them!

Reminding everyone that the quilts need to be at my house by Thursday evening, registered, and each quilt in a pillowcase with a basted-on label that includes  “Name of quilt”,  “your name”, and “Return to Lanette”.  Include one copy of the registration form IN ‘each’ pillowcase PLUS one copy of the registration form for me so I will be able to pick up the quilts after the fair.

We are having a terrific turnout this year, 47 quilts so far (as of 2:45 pm today)!  This group of ladies really do beautiful work!  You should all be proud!!!!!

Call me if you need help with the registration,

Thanks, Lanette (912) 713-2258

The Georgia National Fair Entries

Okay Ladies!!  All of your quilt entries must be brought to me by Thursday evening!  Please remember that each quilt must be in a pillowcase or other cloth bag with a FABRIC label basted onto the outside.  The label  will show “The Name of Your Quilt,     Your Name,    AND “Return to Lanette”.

You must also have a copy of the registration form IN the pillowcase with its quilt high-lighted.    There must be a copy in EACH pillowcase if you have multiple entries.  Make an extra copy of the form for me to keep so I will be able to locate your quilt(s) for pick-up after the fair closes.

Please call and let me know when you will be here.  (912) 713-2258.  See you soon!!!!

Trip to Augusta Sewing Center Saturday

I know it’s last minute but just wanted to let you all know that if you need service on a Bernina I am going to Augusta tomorrow to pick up 3 machines.  If you would like me to take one for you when I go, please get it to me sometime today.  That would at least save you one trip!!  Give me a call – Lanette

Polyfil Batting

I have 2 extra rolls of Polyester Batting for sale.  They are full bolts and would be great for summer-weight quilts at $20 each.  Give me a call at 912-713-2258.  I really don’t want to load and tote them to the yard sale.

Thanks, Lanette
