Just a reminder that 13 November is the last day to sign-up for the December luncheon, cost is $10 due at the time of sign-up.

Those of you that submitted a quilt to the Georgia National Fair, please bring your quilt to the 13 November meeting so we can put them on display one more time.

Don’t forget our November 13 Guild Meeting.  We will be meeting in the Fellowship Hall of South Side Baptist Church again this month.  Social time begins at 9:30 with the meeting starting promptly at 10 am.  We will be looking forward to Marilyn Smith’s trunk show.  If you are staying for the workshop don’t forget your lunch.

If you submitted a quilt to the Georgia National Fair, please bring it to our November meeting so we can display them once more.

The guild will be supporting The Way Station of South Bryan County as our community outreach for December. Bring the following items to be included in the Christmas dinners for approximately 100 families to our December meeting. If you choose to make a monetary donation please make your checks out to The Way Station.

Canned Green Beans
Stuffing
Peanut Butter
Cake Mixes with tub of frosting

If you signed up and paid for the Workshop after the October 23 Guild meeting and were unable to attend, Lanette will have your booklet at the November 13 Meeting for you to pick up.

Just a reminder…Judy King will have the quilts and other items submitted to the Georgia National Fair on Friday 22 October at Talahi Island Community Center (10am to 2pm) and the guild meeting on 23 October for you to pick-up. If you are unable to meet with Judy on these 2 days, please make personal arrangement with her to pick them up.

Please note we will be meeting this Saturday 23 October in the Fellowship Hall in the main building of South Side Baptist Church.
